We assist them in their daily development and help them navigate an ever-evolving environment.
Accounting management
Accounting management is a crucial aspect of a company's life. It requires a high level of diligence in transmitting your company's accounting documents to our firm for their entry/recording (purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank statements, cash, etc.).
This essential step will allow our firm to obtain certain information that will later be used to offer you tailored management tools, particularly through various performance indicators, to help you make informed decisions and regularly monitor the progress of your business.
For effective monitoring of your financial situation, our firm provides you with access codes that allow you to view your accounting online at any time and from anywhere using your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
This access will also allow you to download your accounting documents or even enter your own accounting data, thereby reducing your fee invoice.
Financial statements
Thanks to a visual presentation of your financial statements, your company's accounting has never been more accessible. Trust us, and you will be satisfied, as our current clients can attest.
Financial statements are a set of documents that include the balance sheet, income statement, and notes. These documents are intended to provide a true and fair view of your company's situation and its assets.
Concerned with providing clear information to our clients, our firm has chosen a highly accessible presentation format to help you better understand your financial statements. As such, you will find graphs and tables that highlight your key indicators (revenue, margins, cash flow, financing needs, etc.).
Filing of accounts with the Registry
Commercial companies must hold a general meeting within six months following the end of their fiscal year and file their accounts with the Commercial Court Registry within one month after this meeting, under penalty of sanctions.
For most companies, the fiscal year ends on December 31, so the filing of accounts must take place no later than July 31 of the following year.
To comply with these time and formal requirements, our firm offers to prepare all the necessary documents to make this process as easy as possible for you. Thus, all you will need to do is sign.
These documents include:
Management report (an online questionnaire will be sent to you a few days before the general meeting)
Draft resolution
Minutes of the general meeting
List of signatories
If necessary, we also offer to prepare the invitations for the various partners/shareholders to ensure they are sent within the timeframes required by the bylaws.
